I worry about the girls and their emotions, about a new school, and about how they will find themselves in a completely new world. Anyone who has gone through such a big move with children knows how heavy that mental burden can be for a parent. Life beside an athlete is not only about the bright moments. It also comes with difficult family compromises. Robert’s career path is now bringing us a new challenge. I stand firmly by his side and support him with all my strength, because we are a team. But as a woman, I have the right to feel fear. I have the right to feel overwhelmed, and today I’m not going to pretend otherwise."
