Today is my first official day of retirement after nearly 37 years with @GM.
Quite a journey to bring golf writing along for the ride. More time to pursue the game, play it, & continue to cover it is an outcome I’ve long thought about.

@EPatGolf I agree, can't see a Heritage if no Players. Also confused by the GD link reporting play resumes at Colonial and the Beall tweet reporting play resumes at Memorial in mid-June. Conflicting news from the same outlet/writers.

@afoscarin have to imagine zero. If the PGA Tour didn’t make plans for The Players in the schedule, then the others have no hope. Canadian Open yet to be canceled though but seems likely.

Purely speculative but, IMO, if Memorial gets US Open, Colonial should move to Olympic spot. Easier for players to fly from Dallas to SF than YYZ/DTW.
I think double-sponsor RBC should then get Brit Open date; RM becomes oppo-field event. All 4 get played.
