Thank you to every volunteer, supporter, partner, and leader who made this year count. 💪🇺🇸 📈 The momentum is real. ➡️ And we’re just getting started. From kitchen-table conversations to packed events, policy wins, and grassroots momentum, we didn’t sit this year out. People > politics. We step up 365 days a year. EVERY YEAR. This recap isn’t just a look back, it’s proof that when Michiganders engage, ideas turn into action. #MichAGAIN #BringitBack

Interesting endorsement of Haley Stevens today from Gary Peters' wife Colleen Sen. Peters has declined to endorse in #MISen Democratic primary to date in the race that will select his successor in US Senate. Colleen calls Stevens "our best shot to keep this Senate seat blue"

🚨BREAKING: Republicans' odds to flipping the Michigan US Senate seat JUMP OVERNIGHT. Michigan - 2026 US Senate 🟥Mike Rogers 44.3% (+3.7) 🟦Abdul El-Sayed 40.6% Polling average via Pollsmax.com. Abdul El-Sayed has become the Democratic frontrunner, and compared to his primary opponents—Mallory McMorrow and Haley Stevens—he performs by far the worst against Mike Rogers. If El-Sayed ends up being the nominee, Republicans will be the heavy favorites to flip Michigan's US Senate seat later this year.

The ol' Lansing two step... by politician Kevin Hertel. He tells his district he supports Selfridge, but then he pulls a bunch of procedural nonsense and double talk and kills the funding for the base because the Lansing insiders told him to. Just do the right thing @Hertelforsenate. You always tell people you support the base. But your vote today screwed Macomb County. This is why everyone hates two-faced politicians. Millions of dollars in economic impact, thousands of jobs, a new fighter mission, now all at risk. Thanks to Kevin Hertel. Good job @SenAricNesbitt and Senate Republicans forcing the vote so we know who Kevin Hertel really represents.

@downi75 @shoesonplease 📍THIS TUESDAY, May 5th, is your opportunity to vote NO on property taxes. Property owners regularly experience the strain of increased taxes because of millages approved by less than 6% of property owners. It’s time to say NO, ask me in November.

There is a $2 billion budget for the communist ‘May Day’ protests. They have the full backing of the teachers unions and are bussing kids in from schools In Chicago, where only 1 out of 4 children can read, the curriculum was changed to “social justice” and “transgender studies”

When schools close or teachers walk out on May Day, it may send a political message, but pulling kids out of classrooms while reading and math scores are already struggling is counterproductive, and using school time to push specific viewpoints crosses the line from teaching kids how to think into telling them what to think.

Trump chose to take us to a war no one asked for. Now? Gas prices are through the roof. Mike Rogers? He’d be right there cheering Trump on. Michiganders can’t afford Mike Rogers. And we’ll choose better this November.
Chris Murphy 🟧@ChrisMurphyCT

Just landed in Detroit to campaign for @MalloryMcMorrow and stopped at a gas station. $6 A GALLON. Trump’s war is ruining our economy - in Connecticut, Michigan and all over the country.
