@banglani If you do a value-stream mapping of the Hospital Discharge Process, you will notice that two longest wastes (idling time) happen at :1) Discharge summary waiting for Doctor’s final sign-off and 2) Hospital waiting for TPA approval after submission(NA for self-paid). We’re on it.
