"Tweet" becomes a generic term for messages on any platform that prioritizes short-form text content with X-like UX, similar linguistically to "kleenex". EthDenver isn’t dying, lazy event strategy is. Been reading a lot of FUD around @EthereumDenver and events in general fwiw event fatigue is real, but a lot of it comes from how we’ve historically approached events. At @hype , we have 4 clients doubling down on EthDenver because the US is their core audience and for them, it makes total sense to show up. We also work with brands focused on Asia and for those teams, none of the Q1,Q2 events doesn’t really move the needle. they’re holding budget and going big in Q3 at KBW + Token Singapore. In 2025, a lot of teams showed up without asking why and then complained about no ROI. With tighter budgets due to the market, the s&p approach doesnt work! 2026 needs new thinking and thats how we're advising our clients at the agency on event capital allocation. Curious to hear how is everyone approaching event capital allocation for 2026?
