My dad used to have a giant shoe box he’d put my mail in, and set it on the stairs going up to where I lived. Without fail, the mail would pile up and on to multiple other steps before I’d deal with it 😳

These votes were made in order to end the shutdown for the remainder of the government through 9/30. Homeland security is funded only for 10 days.

@emlovessleep First, the world is scary and awful.
Second, I went through similar with my agoraphobia. It took every coping skill I had, meds and very gradual exposure therapy.
I guess my best tip is acknowledge how you feel & use your supports. I kept telling myself it’s ok to do it scared

NO ROOM AT THE INN! @HiltonHotels has launched a coordinated campaign in Minneapolis to REFUSE service to DHS law enforcement. When officers attempted to book rooms using official government emails and rates, Hilton Hotels maliciously CANCELLED their reservations. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Why is Hilton Hotels siding with murderers and rapists to deliberately undermine and impede DHS law enforcement from their mission to enforce our nation’s immigration laws?

@crabby30somthng Can you specialize in an area? I don’t know if I make more, but I’m a wound ostomy specialist which is a nice hybrid of bedside and not. I’m not breaking my back anymore. So…yeah. I think vascular access nurses do well if you’ve got the skills
