Given that the National Press Club of Australia regularly hosts world leaders and leaders of politics, entertainment and industry who are needing of higher levels of security by virtue of their visibility, the idea that a radical left wing organisation snuck in, set up a large electronic device within metres of the speakers podium, and had someone who was not a member of the press in the audience, with a remote device to activate it, without their cooperation and knowledge is at best incredibly implausible and highly improbable 🤨. They were far more likely to be complicit. Even worse- if their story, that it was all a third party was entirely responsible, and without their knowledge has even a grain of truth in it at all, it is a level of such gross incompetence and negligence that no public figure can ever be safe delivering a public address or interview there. It has been shown to have the same degree of security a steel duck has in the shooting gallery at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

Clearly, this man feels at home in the MAGA movement because he's surrounded by other white racists. Trump, predictably, didn't condemn Hokit's remarks. In fact, CNN reported that the President was seen showing a "half-smile” in response to the insult. The American presidency has hit rock bottom. Today, my wife & I joined Donald Trump’s hit list. He has directed his Department of Justice to investigate us. They have not found a crime - they are simply trying to find one.
