In all my years on the internet, I've never seen such a colossal explosion of hallucinatory bullshit as there was in February 2026. Millions upon millions of viral posts, garnering millions upon millions of shares and views, across virtually every major social media platform, spewing a 24/7 geyser of utterly fake bullshit. And because the manic slopaganda algorithm effectively programs all the top podcasts now, this pulsating stream of unvarnished bullshit traveled straight to the top of the online media foodchain at warp speed. Of course, there had been significant explosions of fake bullshit plenty of times before on the internet, but what made February 2026 distinct was that it all went virtually unchallenged and uncorrected... by anyone. When there are bullshit-explosions tied to a presidential election, or a mass casualty event, or whatever, typically there are factions of interested observers who will eventually have some incentive, partisan or otherwise, to refute the bullshit. But with the mass dump of "Epstein Files" earlier this year, that never really happened -- because if you refuted the bullshit, not only would your followers revolt, you'd be instantly slimed as a "pedo." And who wants that? So instead what we got, for example, were hordes of bullshit slop accounts -- in basically unchallenged unison -- peddling the 100% bullshit claim that Epstein mysteriously "won the lottery" in 2008. Which is just completely made up. Never happened. The claim was based on a single 2009 email in the "Epstein Files," from a bonkers "anti-trafficking" activist/journalist named Conchita Sarnoff (look her up) who was emailing idiotic rumors to the FBI. But because the bullshit 2009 email from a bullshit journalist appears in the "Epstein Files," and therefore looks Super Official, legions of idiots took it to reflect some conclusively corroborated truth -- and then immediately blasted it out online to the pedo-crazed masses, who were already primed to believe any Epstein-related garbage. I went back and read “Women’s Tears” from four years ago. Mostly held up well but this part at the end is too Helen Andrews-esque, that is blaming one sex. As it turned out we still had a lot to fear from pathological maleness in terms of having well functioning institutions.
