hypixel should really use the opportunity in making diana v2 to make it a yearly in game event every skyblock spring / summer and just make diana more generalized buffs to the event. Diana v2 on its own island every skyblock year would be PEAK!!!!

I feel like there is an untapped market in the Minecraft server space. A place where singleplayer and multiplayer can blend wonderfully. The gameplay would be dynamic, rewarding, and story-driven. I often see conversations about "Minecraft is dying." I don't believe this is true. Minecraft has been and always will be a place for people to create. With what Minecraft is capable nowadays, people can tell powerful stories in new and meaningful ways. With the right focus and motivation, I think new games built in Minecraft can succeed. It's a wide open sandbox.

Foraging update will use new Minecraft blocks/items and more. This alone is a big deal for content but the team will keep working to be able to use custom 3D models / more and the possibilities will become endless. Imagine a boss fight with custom model.. just saying the stuff we could do in Skyblock would become infinite. We should also work on new player experience but thats a far future, adding UI features and other neat elements to improve player experience All this will require massive investment for artists/devs so it will be quite the challenge! Been through fire and hell many times, thriving under chaos, its gonna be fun times ahead and Im investing heavily to make this happen

Quick @Simon_Hypixel appreciation post… I know everyone loves to clown on the server for having 20 fire sales per 1 update, but people like Simon are still trying to make SB better for the future. It’s unfortunate 2024 turned into a boring year for SB, but 2025 should be epic!

@Derailious IMO the worst offense is that once an appeal gets a response, its either rejection or acceptance. there is no back and forth when it comes to the punished player and the staff reading the appeal. if you make a mistake or dont mention something, you are done.

I've gotta say I really hate the ban decision made for iKalazar today. It sets a frankly terrible precedent for upcoming YouTubers within Hypixel and IMO damages the reputation the server has when it comes to bans. I don't usually discuss this sorta thing, but lets talk about it.

Alright here's my official advice to Hypixel, allocate a developer to player requested changes that take minimal work, but directly address pain points the community has. Half of this list would have been finished by now if someone started the work when I posted it 4 hours ago.

3 weeks at Discord! - testing out expanding roles inline in redesigned profiles - improved gradient client themes - added server banners to oauth - giving bots access to server member banners - added default names for threads on polls - various bug fixes (and some bugs (oops))

wow I've been at Discord for a week! It's been really fun! here's some stuff I've done: - added gif favoriting to mobile! - added copy id buttons to desktop emoji & sticker pickers - added the convert emoticons setting to mobile - many bug fixes, including mobile padding issues

@ThirtyVirus @discord One more thing that I will never understand is how it is so easy to gain access to permissions that most applications don't need. Take the discord pull members back permission. Nearly no discord bot needs this permission, yet you can just ask for it from the user directly.

@ThirtyVirus @discord IF the user has to write an agreement before sending the details, they will be more responsible and think twice about their actions. Fun fact, it takes one click to authorize someone else onto your microsoft account through an official microsoft page.

Did you guys know that people can buy vanity server links that are a typo of your official one? And these people can use your name to prey on your audience? And that @discord will do nothing to stop it?
