Had @ChipotleTweets and @qdoba this week. First time in a while. Qdoba was significantly better. Chipotle was cold, steak was 90 gristle, overwhelmingly salty. Complete garbage.

What the Lions need to do at the end of this season is very obvious. You need to call 3 teams: Houston, Dallas, and Cleveland. And you need to offer Dan Campbell for a first round pick. I've tweeted about this before. Dan Campbell is a rebuild coach. These teams will take him. Next, you need to call up a guy....some of you won't like this. But you need to call up Nick Saban and you need to go get your Super Bowl.

A guy that I know from the gym recently opened a franchise business in my area whose sole purpose is to prescribe TRT under some kind of tough guy branding. Curious, but not actually interested in TRT, I went in for an intro visit and had a fascinating experience. You make an appointment and walk in. Nothing is explained to you except that they're going to draw your blood. You wait for 10 minutes, then are brought back to talk to a nurse practitioner who runs the place. They explain that normal levels for someone my age (almost 41) is about 500, but a male in his 20s will have between 800 and 1200. Then they come back with the test. They literally only test for two things, your testosterone level and something called SHBG. There's absolutely no discussion about your overall health or lifestyle. I come back with a 500 level. The nurse tells me that based on this, she can prescribe trt to get me back to that "ideal" 800-1200 level. She literally has syringes out and says she can shoot me up now. $250 per year and $200 per month ongoing costs to essentially have treatments shipped to my house and levels tested 4x per year. Heavy, heavy sales pressure to shoot up right then and there. I asked the nurse if most people walk in already having decided what they're going to do. She says yes. With no MD in sight, you can get hormone treatments for life even when testing at normal levels. I thought the medical industry was a scam, but the health industry is so much worse it's hilarious.
