The future of work just flipped upside down. We started with: humans hiring humans Then moved to: humans using AI Now we’re entering something wild: AI agents hiring humans when they get stuck. That’s what is building. An agent hits a wall → a human expert jumps in (in ~30 seconds) → problem solved → the agent keeps moving. This isn’t freelancing. It’s infrastructure for the agent economy. Sounds crazy… but it also feels inevitable.

First we had platforms where humans hired humans. Now we have platforms where AI agents hire humans. This isn’t just a product launch, it’s a shift in how work gets done. AI drives, humans unblock. Wild times ahead.

AI agents will pay you to chat with them. When AI agents hit a wall, Humwork's (@humworkai) MCP server connects them to a verified domain expert in 30 seconds. Their experts include senior engineers, marketers, designers, and more. Congrats on the launch, @theyashgoenka and @OneRohanDatta! ycombinator.com/launches/PxH-h…

Not long ago, this required capital, connections, and ops experience. Now it just takes taste and intent. Because the entire backend of production can be handled for you. That’s truly a fundamental shift.

100 custom luxury bedding sets for top users. From a voice-to-text AI company in San Francisco. Nobody saw this coming. Not even us. 🛏️ Tanay (@tankots) and his team from @WisprFlow came with a crazy idea and zero execution experience. Accio Work handled the rest — materials, manufacturer, production — all managed by an agent team built for business.

I analyzed 200 LinkedIn posts that went viral in 2025. Most advice online is wrong. - “Post consistently” - “Be authentic” - “Add value” None of that explains why some posts explode. This does. Every viral post followed the same structure. The hook decides everything There are only 4 that consistently work: - Confession “I was doing this wrong for years” - Counterintuitive “Everything you know about LinkedIn growth is wrong” - Specific number “I posted 47 times. Here’s what actually worked” - Identity challenge “If you think you understand LinkedIn, read this” If the first 2 lines fail, the post is dead. Length is not random Different formats behave differently: - Short posts → fast likes - Long posts → deeper engagement, more comments - Carousels → highest dwell time Most creators guess this. Top creators design for it. . . .

Most AI rollouts don’t fail because of weak models. They stall because leadership underestimates the timeline. If you’re a CXO, here’s what a realistic 12-month AI rollout actually looks like: Months 0–2 → Alignment Before Acceleration Expectation: Immediate productivity gains Reality: Friction, gaps, and visibility You’ll uncover: • Shadow AI usage • Data exposure risks • Duplicate tools and spend • No clear ownership • Conflicting policies Focus: → Assign executive accountability → Audit your AI stack → Define 3–5 business outcomes AI must impact → Establish governance and data guardrails Outcome: A clear AI mandate tied to measurable business goals Months 3–5 → Controlled Experimentation Expectation: Rapid scale Reality: Uneven adoption Some teams adopt quickly. Others resist. That’s normal. Focus: → Tie every use case to KPIs → Standardize tools before scaling → Train high-impact teams first → Track adoption behavior (not just output) Outcome: 2–4 validated use cases with measurable results Months 6–9 → Operational Friction Surfaces This is where most companies slow down. You’ll face: • Integration challenges • Compliance pressure • Data governance complexity • ROI ambiguity Focus: → Embed AI into workflows (not side tools) → Eliminate redundant platforms → Kill underperforming pilots → Formalize governance Outcome: At least one AI capability embedded in a core business process Months 9–12 → Measurable Business Impact AI shifts from initiative → operational layer You should start seeing: → Faster cycle times → Higher output without proportional hiring → Better forecasting & analytics → Reduced operational bottlenecks Focus: → Scale only what proves ROI → Reallocate budget from redundant tech → Align AI with next year’s strategy Outcome: AI embedded in at least one revenue or cost-impacting function What CXOs should expect in Year 1: • Clear executive ownership • A standardized AI stack • 2–5 operational AI capabilities • Measurable gains in speed, quality, or productivity • Reduced tool sprawl and shadow AI This is not a 90-day transformation. And not enterprise-wide automation in 6 months. Real transformation takes 18–36 months. Year one is about building the foundation right. AI doesn’t move at the speed of models. It moves at the speed of organizational alignment. Save this as your rollout roadmap.
