@aidencholes Pretty much he interviewed someone who doesn’t believe in vaccinating kids. He gave someone with alternative views airtime and no one has the ability to think for themselves.

The sexual / gender identity stuff is not what caught my attention initially and I have no interest in it but it’s becoming harder and harder to ignore because it just comes up all the time.
Mainly in the US, not so much SA.

@SamueleMarcora @sweatscience No Sam, that was at the XCC short track race in Albstadt on Fri. It’s always a sprint start, with a left turn up a hill after 200m or so. No warm up is crazy. Ambient temps were also quite low.

Ooops, just noticed is cyclo-cross. It may actually be useful to warm up if the course gets tough quickly. But for most long races (eg marathons and road cycling), i agree with @sweatscience that warm up is overrated
