Dear Gen X, I’ve been watching 80s movies and I just need to know…WHERE WERE YOUR PARENTS?? Every child was just wandering the earth unsupervised like a raccoon with house keys. Riding bikes across town at midnight, fighting ghosts, investigating murders, befriending cryptids, hacking government computers for funsies… And the parents were ALWAYS “out of town” or “working late” while the only adult-adjacent supervision was some random 16-year-old who got dragged into the chaos. No cell phones. No helmets. No adult supervision. Just vibes, life lessons, and several near-death experiences. You all weren’t “raised.” You were lightly monitored feral creatures with a bike and unresolved trauma. I’m genuinely shocked there are enough of you left to populate an entire generation.

@Oyemisty Sikkim, Goa, any state in NE India (if foreigners are allowed), Kerala, Lonavala and Khandala near Mumbai in the rains, Leh Ladakh, Kulu Manali. Been to these places. Pretty, clean n mostly locals r tourist friendly.

Please tell me which are the good places in India to visit where there is cleanliness and natural.

@anildube @pushpendrakum I live in SEA. Chinese blend in racially with the locals. We don't. We stand out, and so does our behaviour. Also, many Indians speak English, so rude comments are easily understood, whereas Chinese isn't. So it's futile to try to compare ourselves to the Chinese.

@Samhitab4u In Thailand Indian food is a big hit but eaten occasionally. The issue is the type n quantity of spices. Some Indian restaurants overdo these which can cause terrible post meal tummy aches for people not used to such heavy spices. So people are cautious.

This weekend I casually noticed how packed Japanese and Korean restaurants are in Bengaluru. People here are craving Asian cuisines like ramen, sushi, Korean fried chicken etc. Do people in foreign countries also crave authentic Indian food the same way? Like proper dosa, idli or biryani 🤔

For that they get fat salaries, housing, healthcare, security etc. As all paying customers can we also can demand n complain and they are expected to deliver. Nothing is at the level to praise.

@pushpendrakum 1 from Thailand- bad behaviour with locals, thinks every woman is available, illegal work, overstays, constantly demanding discounts, esp with small vendors in a tourism-driven country, talk loudly, terrible BO, eat/ shop at Indian places, complain about smell of non-veg food.
