Phase 3 Architecture is complete and Sigil is now a fully functional prototype. Overall I’d say that I am about 40-50% of the way to production and ready for the Phase 4 architecture that brings Sigil to life. Website has also been updated. artificialgovernance.ai

@DennisHedegreen @icanvardar That’s a really interesting point. If I were able to produce something for you to peak your skepticism what would it be? Be mindful that my prototype is almost half way and still a lot to go.

@aigovernator @icanvardar I like this direction. Even if I’m skeptical about how much AI behavior can truly be made consistent, the problem is real: model access alone is not enough. Builders working on governance, audit trails, fallbacks, and control layers are asking the right questions.

@icanvardar Its possible... I've got 32 followers, idk how interesting this is to non-lawyers, I'm building automated timekeeping for lawfirms

@icanvardar 100% agree, the small accounts are where the real experimentation happens because they have nothing to lose and everything to prove

@Surendar__05 I coded the algorithms in Sigil without AI to specifically protect them against reverse engineering.

Genuine Question: Can you call yourself a founder if your entire product was built by Claude or Codex?

@Akasheth_ AI 2.0 I honestly do not know. need to go back to sci-fi movies. that's where the answer is.

@systems_pankaj @Akasheth_ The prerequisite for this is AI Governance. We can’t allow AI to run rampant with all these downstream rules and ideas that are simply reactive and after the fact. The intent needs to be governed between both sides. None of this is happening now.

@Akasheth_ not after AI. just AI getting embedded into everything we already use.

@plainionist Oh I see what you mean and you’re right it is all encompassing. I also need to add knowing the difference and whether or not you are trapped in bad architecture or not too. Testing, design etc are all super important and it’s always nice when they’re not fighting each other.

@aigovernator Of course we need good architecture - no doubt. my point was just: software engineering includes many (if not all) aspects of software development: requirements engineering, architecture, design, testing, ...

Hot take: LLMs are bad at context switching. If you use the same session for planning, coding, testing, and review - don’t expect great results. Those are different roles. The model gets confused when their contexts are mixed. Separation of concerns isn’t just for code 😎

@plainionist Architecture is architecture. Engineering is engineering. Poor architecture leads to solutions being unnecessarily over engineered. It’s fair to say we could engineer something good on weak architecture, or something incredible on strong architecture.
