No one has explained how the Americans can get to Kharg Island if Hormuz is closed. No one has explained how even physically capturing the terrain and islands around Hormuz stops Iran from firing missiles from all along the rest of its Persian Gulf coast.

🇺🇸🛑U.S. Gears Up for Ground Invasion of Iran: The U.S. is accelerating the deployment of approximately 8,000 additional Marines and sailors to the Middle East. In a show of rapid deployment, the USS Boxer Amphibious Ready Group is arriving ahead of schedule with roughly 4,000 Marines and sailors. They will link up with the USS Tripoli group, already traveling from Japan with 5,000 personnel. The combined force of six amphibious ships will increase regional force strength by approximately 8,000 personnel. There's no point deploying Marines to the region unless the U.S. intends to launch a full-scale ground invasion of Iran. Their probable objective is to secure the Strait of Hormuz and seize control of Kharg Island. The conflict is poised to escalate sharply in the coming weeks.

-US plan to take Kharg will only be feasible after another "month" of bombing.

72.000 muertos, 14.000 desaparecidos, 1.900.000 desplazados y todo, única y exclusivamente, por el mero hecho de ser palestinos gazatíes (motivos étnicos, no religiosos) mediante una acción deliberada del Estado de Israel que busca expulsarlos de la franja para, como dijo Trump, convertir la zona en un resort turístico. Todo ello cumple la Convención para la Prevención y la Sanción del Delito de Genocidio de 1948. Tienen que cumplirse estos cinco requisitos para hablar de genocidio: 1) asesinato de miembros del grupo, 2) causarles graves daños físicos o mentales, 3) imponer condiciones de vida destinadas a destruir al grupo, 4) impedir nacimientos y 5) trasladar por la fuerza a niños fuera del grupo. En Gaza ya ha habido, además, más muertos que en la masacre de Srebrenica durante la guerra de Bosnia (8372).
