@AirbnbHelp I have been promised multiple callbacks from a sr case manager & have not received any. My trip is in 6 days and this is time-sensitive. The host is refusing to honor a confirmed reservation due to their pricing error & is pressuring me to cancel, which I will not do.

@AirbnbHelp Reported safety issues + a property nothing like the listing within hours. Airbnb delayed so long I had to pay for a second night + cleaning fee for an unsafe, dirty place. This is not okay.

Airbnb gave me written confirmation from a Senior Case Manager that my hosting account was not suspended, only one listing was removed, and that I was allowed to create a new listing. I followed their instructions. Guests booked. Then Airbnb canceled all reservations and blocked my entire household — including my 19‑year‑old daughter, who has no involvement at all. I’m requesting a proper Trust & Safety review and an explanation for why Airbnb instructed me to create a new listing if they intended to punish my entire household afterward. @AirbnbHelp #Airbnb #AirbnbHost #AirbnbSupport #ConsumerRights

So @Airbnb and @wemabank you both scammed me of $63 last week I tried booking a 4 bedroom apartment in Lagos on Thursday on @Airbnb using my Wema card and the card declined, I did it twice and it declined, I needed that apartment for Friday afternoon to Saturday morning
