@SBarrettBar I had to do PE in navy blue knickers and a vest.
Never could clear the vaulting horse or climb the rope.
AND they force-fed me lumpy mashed potato, which I cannot eat to this day.
Traumatised.
So am definitely diplomatically immune. 😁

I've finally tried out visiting @YSPsculpture via train to Darton and then walking. I'm pleased to say it works. The path was a bit muddy and you have to cross a busy main road. But from Sheffield city centre to The Weston at YSP it took just over an hour

We can confidently rule out the GER at #whatstation 698. Robert thought New Brighton but neither the canopy structure nor the tower in the background match (the N Brighton tower is a church spire). Can anyone identify this station, please?

What a wonderful example of what you can do with a derelict station - @RidgmontStation Heritage Centre. Museum, tea rooms, shop and tourist info!! A grant awarded from us over 10 years ago and still going strong. And another grant in the pipeline. @marstonvalecrp @CommunityRail
