@WiganCouncil@JoPlattLeigh tweeted last wk regarding a dangerous tree outside my house, Wigan council replied within minutes & asked i dm, did so within the hr & now radio silence yet again? Is it going to take serious injury before someone does something?
@WiganCouncil@JoPlattLeigh I reported a dangerous tree next to my property in May 25 and have chased on numerous occasions. Wigan council have not replied or attended. The tree is not only damaging my property but also poses a h&s risk to the public.can someone contact me asap
@aishaseadey Heya Aisha. From what you've said, you've received the correct compensation following our Delay Repay guidelines. For a return ticket, you're due 25% of your overall ticket cost; in this case, that would be £57. If you paid £460 for two tickets, you'd be due a further £57 - Miles
@AvantiWestCoast I have just made a delay repay claim for mine and my husbands journey that was 30+ mins (one way) delayed on sat, the total cost of the return journey was £230 I have received £57 compensation should I have not of been rewarded £57 for each ticket?

@AwayResortsUK at Barmouth resort, this is our 4th time here, very disappointed this time. Apparently only provided 2 towels for a 3 night stay as a “good will gesture” even though it has a hot tub, so lucky us get to wash and dry ourselves in clorene scented towels all wkend.

@WiganCouncil called sheltered housing dept today in regards to my dads care, the lady I spoke to was rude,impatient,unsympathetic and lacked any kind of customer service skills how she has a job in sheltered housing working along side vulnerable people is beyond me. Disgusting

@Uber my daughters taxi was 2 mins away when driver asked her to cancel as his engine broke down🤨. She’s had to cancel it. In order to re-book another Uber but he’s part charged her for the cancelled trip. Please advise how this can be refunded asap?
