@JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Sir, 'JTO-culture' mindset ruined the careers of E2 recruits Executives in MTNL and eventually ruined the company. We GATE recruited E1/E1A engineers of @BSNLCorporate, seek executive dignity and parity with TCIL/NHPC recruited E1 Executives before history repeats itself.

Held a detailed interaction with the Junior Telecom Officers and Sub-Divisional Engineers of @BSNLCorporate, the warriors who keep our networks running round the clock. We discussed ways to improve service quality, respond faster to customers and ensure every connection reflects reliability and trust. Emphasised network stabilisation, revenue ownership and timely delivery of 4G rollout, FTTH expansion and digital upgrades to build a stronger, more competitive and truly customer-first BSNL.

An Executive who joined TCIL( a PSU under DOT) at E1 grade in year 2009 was promoted to Joint GM last month in January 2026. It is on record. Whereas in BSNL an executive who joined at E1A in 2009 is forced to work still as SDO. Pls intervene. @PMOIndia @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL
