This AI Agent replaces your $200K/Year Marketing team
while I was eating shawarma at 2am, it scraped 6 platforms, analyzed 73 comment threads, and handed me 9 deploy-ready scripts.
It stalks your niche, steals what’s working, and turns it into viral content built to print attention.
here’s what the system does:
– scrapes TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, FB, and Twitter
– finds breakout trends, emotional triggers, and dopamine hooks
– maps audience avatars + repurposing angles
– generates platform-native scripts with hooks, CTAs, SEO intros
– formats everything into a deploy-ready content playbook
no more brainstorming. no more “what should we post today?”
it’s like giving your intern the mind of Alex Hormozi - on a 400mg caffeine drip.
the workflow includes:
- Multi-platform scraper engine
- Viral comment sentiment analyzer
- GPT-powered creative generator
- Smart repurposing module
- Auto-formatted Google Docs output
this isn’t ChatGPT with a cute prompt.
it’s a weaponized idea machine.
if you’re serious about content — and tired of guessing — this flips the game.

I just built a $50K SaaS in n8n that you can literally steal and white-label tomorrow
this AI study assistant generates tailored exams from any content and evaluates spoken answers in real-time
here's exactly how to turn this into your cash machine:
Step 1: Get the assets
- download my n8n workflow (giving it away free)
- fork the frontend repo on GitHub
- you now own a complete SaaS stack
Step 2: Deploy in 10 minutes
- connect Supabase for database + auth (free tier)
- deploy frontend on Vercel (literally just click "deploy")
- import my workflow to your n8n instance
done. your SaaS is live.
Step 3: White-label everything
- change the logo, colors, domain name
- add your pricing tiers ($19-99/month is realistic)
- create landing page copy (I'll include templates)
Step 4: Find your market
target: College students, professionals studying for certs, homeschool parents
they're already paying $30-200/month for study tools
your overhead? nearly ZERO
the math that'll make you sick:
100 users at $49/month = $4,900 MRR
500 users = $24,500 MRR
1,000 users = $49,000 MRR
I've seen people launch worse products for 6-figures
you get the complete workflow, frontend code, deployment guide
comment "STUDY" + RT + bookmark this
I'll DM you everything in the next hour
this isn't some half-built demo
this is a production-ready SaaS you can launch this weekend

Newsletter ad revenue is in decline. The good news is that a lot of the newsletter operators I see on X are leaving $10,000+/month on the table by ignoring all the sign-ups they could be getting from ChatGPT, Google, Bing, Gemini, Grok and Claude. Let’s fix that today with no details left out. This thread is packed with examples and strategy, so bookmark it. You’ll want to come back to it down the road.
And if you want a case study:
Follow me + RT this post + comment “2025 X SEO/AIO Newsletter Guide” Alright, let’s get started...
If people search your name, newsletter, or brand and don’t see you immediately on Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Bing, or Claude, you have a brand authority problem.
That’s the first gap.
Your name should resolve instantly across:
AI chat interfaces
Google’s AI Overview
Bing AI summaries
Perplexity citations
Claude/Gemini outputs
I’ve done this with my own brand. You can look it up for yourself to verify.
The optimal way to do this? Backlink + authority infrastructure. The same one I use for my SaaS customers and newsletter partners. If you want that system handled for you, check out SEO Stuff's packages focused on traditional search and AI Search Optimization: seo-stuff.com
But while SEO Stuff's Gold Plan (seo-stuff.com/gold-plan-pack…) would definitely be an adrenaline shot in the arm for your operation (80% of customers return for multiple purchases), you can also do this all yourself. It'll just take longer and be harder. Here's the full roadmap:
Most newsletter SEO/AIO fails look like this:
Broad content targeting terms like “tech news”
Random blog posts with no funnel strategy
No topic ownership
Zero landing pages for searchers to convert on
The fix starts here:
Step 1: High-Intent Keyword Targeting
Most newsletters chase vanity terms.
You need terms that drive readers ready to subscribe.
Bad: “Tech newsletter”
Good: “Weekly AI startup funding newsletter”
Better: “B2B SaaS growth newsletter for founders”
These are the keywords surfaced in ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, and Google SGE when users are ready to act.
Use tools like:
SEO Stuff (seo-stuff.com/advance-keywor…) → For low-KD, high-intent topics
Google Trends → For rising breakout terms
Ideal range: 100–1,000 searches/month with clear buyer or subscriber intent
Step 2: Create Search-First Newsletter Landing Pages
Stop sending all traffic to your homepage.
Create pages like:
/weekly-ai-newsletter
/saas-growth-insights
/b2b-sales-strategy-emails
Each one needs:
Clean keyword targeting
Strong, conversion-first copy
Embedded past issues or social proof
CTA: “Subscribe,” “Join Free,” “Get the Report”
Every page is an indexed asset for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI to serve up when someone searches your niche.
Step 3: Evergreen Content Built for Long-Term Traffic
News fades. Evergreen converts forever.
Write 2,000–3,000 word articles that stay relevant for 12–24 months.
Examples:
“AI Trends for Startups: 2025 and Beyond”
“How to Forecast SaaS Growth Metrics in Early-Stage Companies”
Add CTAs across the article: inline, sidebar, sticky bar.
Each evergreen article becomes a compounding subscriber asset.
Step 4: Lead Magnets That Actually Convert
Most newsletter sites ask for an email but give no reason.
Fix that.
Create newsletter-specific lead magnets:
“2025 SaaS Growth Benchmarks Report”
“AI Marketing Playbook for Bootstrapped Startups”
“Startup Valuation Calculator (Free Download)”
Pair each magnet with a focused landing page.
Optimize for one action only: subscribe.
Step 5: Repurpose Every Issue into SEO Assets
If you publish weekly, you’re sitting on 50+ SEO opportunities a year.
For each issue:
Turn it into an optimized blog post
Break out 3 LinkedIn/X snippets
Extract 1 lead magnet or free resource
Link to newsletter CTAs throughout
Example:
Newsletter: “AI Trends for Startups in 2025”
→ Blog: “Top AI Startup Trends to Watch in 2025”
→ X post: “Why AI startups are raising 3x more this year”
→ Lead magnet: “AI Startup Funding Checklist (Free)”
Step 6: Publish Comparison + Curated List Posts
People search before they subscribe.
Capture that intent with:
“Best AI Newsletters for Founders in 2025”
“Top Startup Strategy Newsletters Worth Subscribing To”
“Most Useful SaaS Email Digests in 2025”
These attract subscribers who are actively looking for newsletters like yours.
Step 7: Lock In Technical SEO and Schema
If your site isn’t structured for search and AI, it won’t get surfaced.
Checklist:
Add FAQ schema to address common questions
Use Newsletter schema (if applicable)
Write tight meta titles and descriptions
Internal linking between blog > magnet > subscribe
Don’t wait to fix this. You’re missing traffic every day you delay.
Step 8: Expand Content Formats to Boost Branded Search
LLMs amplify brands with strong multi-format content.
What to create:
YouTube explainers tied to newsletter topics
Podcast snippets and transcripts
Visual posts on X and LinkedIn
This multiplies your visibility across Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.
Step 9: Create Topic Hubs + Authority Clusters
You don’t need 100 random articles. You need 1 topic you own.
Example structure:
Hub:
“SaaS Growth Strategy Newsletter”
Supporting articles:
“Q2 SaaS Growth Benchmarks”
“Retention Tactics That Drove ARR Growth in 2025”
“What Investors Look For in Early SaaS Metrics”
Use internal links and consistent CTAs. AI tools pick up on structure.
Step 10: Build a Funnel That Converts Search Into Subscribers
Traffic without a plan is just noise.
Here’s what to do:
Retarget SEO visitors with magnet or demo ads
Highlight past issue results (open rates, shares, mentions)
Add testimonials + quotes from subscribers
Test pop-ups and exit intent offers tied to magnet content
Every interaction should point toward one action: subscribing.
