Imagine cancelling an order without prior consent or notice & claiming a new link cannot be made to complete the tariff payment. Now that the device will not be delivered, they are also revoking the benefits associated with the NFT if you choose to forfeit the device and refund. Such a joke of processing and customer service from the @SuiPlay team. The same team who has left a separate order without resolution for 7 months after their “shipping department” ran into an issue before the order was even sent out. Like is there anything they can actually complete in a professional manner? 😒

I just want to know the legality of this action considering no email correspondence ever sent stated there was a time limit for the payment of tariffs to be made. So not only did they have people wait over 7 months to receive the option to even pay but they then cancelled orders without the request of the buyer within weeks. @SuiPlay I’d appreciate some insight here.

If you got this message gather here. Waking up this morning to this mail from @SuiPlay left me in different moods. Even till now I can’t stop laughing since they decided to do the refund themselves. Sincerely many people who must have not paid like me actually felt they’d get a better review from the recent ones been delivered yet it’s just sad to still believe that we are left with with a device that needs extra coolant. Great product as some perceive from the details online yet not up to what we expected in real life. We have almost 3000 devices refunded already which doesn’t show a good sign of the device. I ordered because I have supported $Sui and love the growth of the ECO; yet no much talks and announcements come again to completely calm people on how @SuiPlay complains has been. Although from all reviews people say it’s garbage device yet I would really want to keep hold on one. I believe they would take correction from this. Nevertheless, @SuiPlay outperformed $WAL for the little time. If @FavouritonX @doncurrent_ etc had bought more of @SuiPlay they could have break even.
