Additional load sanctions required, if run on current load & wiring it can lead to bursting & fire. Newer buildings are keeping in mind for extra load req..

Multiple issues here. 1. If he installs a charger and the building is not designed to accommodate one, they'll lose the fire department's clearance. 2. If that happens, the entire building's insurance will lapse. 3. Even the car's insurance can be denied. Most apartment complex/RWAs now understand the risks. Not so long ago in South Korea, an entire apartment block had to be vacated after a Merc went up in flames. PS: In Gurgaon, the fire department and RWAs are in open confrontation over EV chargers. It's a shit show. Govt puts out notifications allowing chargers at apartments. Fire dept vetoes. I think a law or something has to be passed. Mere notifications may not be enough as there's liability involved.

No charging! That’s a ₹20 lakh+ car… parked like a normal car…bought 3 months ago. But the society has refused to allow him to install a charger… because he lives on rent. Now imagine this. Instead of simply plugging in at home, he has to search for a public charger. What should have been the biggest advantage of owning an EV… home charging… is completely gone. And this is not a one-off story. Even auto creator Gaurav Yadav recently highlighted similar issues in Gurgaon where societies are denying EV charging access in basements, often citing safety concerns or vague rules. The irony is that India’s own EV guidelines actually encourage installation of private chargers in residential parking spaces to promote adoption. So on one side, the government is pushing EVs. On the other side, societies are quietly blocking them. And the worst part? Renters suffer the most. If you own the flat, you can fight it. If you’re on rent, you’re stuck between landlord, RWA and rules that keep changing. This is the hidden cost of EV ownership in India. Until this mindset changes, EV adoption in cities will always hit a wall.

क्या आपने कभी सोचा कि अगर ऑफिस में बैठे हों और कोई अचानक WhatsApp पर voice message भेज दे तो बिना सुने उसे कैसे समझा जाए? मान लीजिए आप office meeting में बैठे हैं और किसी ने voice note भेज दिया अब आप उसे जोर से सुन भी नहीं सकते ऐसे में WhatsApp का Voice Message Transcript feature काम आता है जिससे वही voice message automatic text में convert हो जाता है बस आपको WhatsApp में जाकर Settings मे फिर Chats पर जाकर Voice Message Transcript ON करना होता है और फिर voice note के नीचे आपको text पढ़ने का option मिल जाता है यानी बिना earphone लगाए और बिना किसी को disturb किए आप message को चुपचाप पढ़ सकते हैं यह feature ऐसी situations में काम आता है जहाँ आप voice सुन नहीं सकते लेकिन message समझना जरूरी होता है आपके साथ भी कभी ऐसा हुआ है कि voice message आया हो और आप सुन नहीं पाए हों? Disclaimer यह feature सभी phones और languages में धीरे-धीरे rollout हो रहा है इसलिए हर user को तुरंत उपलब्ध होना जरूरी नहीं है

कल्पना कीजिए कि आपके घर में किसी को अचानक रात में पेट दर्द हो जाये। आप इमरजेंसी में ज़िला सदर अस्पताल में ले कर मरीज़ को जाते हैं जहाँ पे डॉक्टर उसे तुरंत किसी बड़े मेडिकल कॉलेज में रेफेर कर देते हैं। एंबुलेंस से तुरंत आप वहाँ से निकलते हैं। चूँकि आपको पता है कि मेडिकल कॉलेज में पता नहीं कितनी भीड़ होगी इसलिए आप एंबुलेंस से किसी निजी अस्पताल में उतरते हैं। और अस्पताल में मरीज़ जैसे ही बेड पर लेटा, अभी कुछ इलाज शुरू भी नहीं हुआ है, डॉ ने देखा भी नहीं और आपका बिल हो गया 20,000 रुपए। मार्केटिंग के नाम पर कमीशन के खेल ने तथा सरकारी अस्पताल के कर्मियों / डॉक्टरों , एंबुलेंस और निजी अस्पताल के गठजोड़ ने यही स्तिथि बना कर रखी है। और ये प्राइवेट एम्बुलेंस ही नहीं बल्कि 108 एम्बुलेंस की हालत है । और इतनी भयावह स्थिति के बावजूद कोई इसके विरोध में कुछ लिखना तो छोड़िए, बात नहीं करना चाहता। @JharkhandCMO @IrfanAnsariMLA
