So i’ve just looked at the 2024 ICM ST3 Self-Assessment Matrix… Safe to say, I will not be getting an interview 😢 No prizes, no additional degrees, no nationally held leadership position (for 6/12). I work so hard, but nothing that ticks any boxes. Should I even bother?!
