Well, that sucked. The 2025 Red Sox were a weird team that simultaneously played both above and below their talent level. Some extremely fun, positive developments mixed with some that were profoundly infuriating. A disappointing ending, but a bright future. A full season of Roman Anthony will be huge and if the team can acquire an additional middle of the order bat and a #2 starter, they'll instantaneously be World Series contenders. Craig Breslow and company have their work cut out for them.
