@policybazaar @ACKOIndia I really miss the smooth claim experience I had earlier. Huge mistake buying insurance through Policybazaar. Worst customer service, poor coordination, repeated delays, and almost 2 weeks wasted for a single claim.

@policybazaar am getting different updates from different teams. The garage and Vehicle Care are informing me that the vehicle is already repaired and ready for delivery, but the Delivery Order is still pending from your side. It has already been 2 weeks due to lack of coordination

@policybazaar 6 days since my insurance claim was raised and still no surveyor appointed. Repeated delays, duplicate document requests, and poor coordination throughout. Extremely disappointing experience — will never buy insurance through Policybazaar again.

@IDFCFIRSTBank I was never informed about the 20k monthly spend condition for complimentary lounge access on my credit card. Due to this, I was denied access while traveling. Requesting fee reversal and card closure, but no resolution provided yet. Kindly look into this urgently.
