Happy international nurses day, so much burnout and stress in the workplace at the moment mixed with so much demand coming from all directions media, gov members of the public who are unaware of the pressures nursing family are facing on a daily basis #InternationalNursesDay

@LeftyHV @alisonleary1 I would suggest learnt behaviour of student nurses whilst on placement, I.e. they see their PA or PS's not doing that.... visible leadership

@alisonleary1 So true, I remember mum being taken up to MAU, not a single member of staff moved from the nurses station to say hello, or do anything. It wasn't until the Charge Nurse came they decided to move. An awful lot wrong with nurse training
