Every major new advance in technology rewrites commerce.
Today, much of that commerce stack is built around one key assumption: that a human with a cursor and a credit card is shopping.
That buyer is being replaced by an agent that doesn't browse, doesn't have emotions, doesn't care about your homepage, and will compare your catalog against a dozen others before your site finishes loading.
