@JaNegah0 @CoachVass How does a $2,000 voucher help a POOR kid, afford the $24,000 in private school tuition.

@CoachVass The objection I have there is the shot at school choice. Which doesn’t defund public schools. It takes the funding allocated for that specific student away but you no longer need resources for that student so it’s a wash. It allows poor kids the chance at private school.

The same people who don’t think guns are a problem and think the answer is arming every teacher and/or putting security guards and police officers in front of every classroom door are the same people that vote to cut funding for public schools and/or funnel it to private schools.
