Hi @Livpure_India, this has been one of the worst experiences. We raised a complaint on 12th Oct, and it’s 21st today — still no resolution. We’ve been buying water to drink all this while. Every time we call customer care, we hear “it’ll be resolved today” — but that today never comes. Extremely disappointing service.
