400 on local validator usually means the RPC isn't ready yet or something else is binding port 8899. Try: `lsof -i :8899` to check for conflicts, then kill and restart fresh. If local setup keeps being a pain, you can also just use a hosted Solana RPC for dev: chainstack.com/build-better-w… Happy to help debug more
