A reminder to myself:
Sometimes the opportunities you want are sitting on the other side of “just post it.”

Hired. The team took an interview, and her curiosity to learn stood out. She will be helping us with one of our AI experiments with AI trends. Let’s see how it goes. All around AI avatars.

@imSrohitS @abhisheknaironx Absolutely. You start by making ₹5,000 per month, then you try to increase that to ₹1.5 lakhs a month, and then you go to ₹3 lakhs per month.
Comment "interested" and I'll send you my one-page PDF on how to make this happen.

✅ Finished recording the RAG module for our GenAI(JS) course! Took me 2 full days (and a lot of caffeine ☕).
This was way tougher than I expected - especially explaining how chunking and retrieval actually work in production code.
Quick tip: If you’re new to RAG, start by experimenting with simple retrieval before jumping into multi-step pipelines.
Jald hi apse syllabus share karunga!
What’s the hardest part about RAG for you? Is it vector databases, pipelines, or just wrapping your head around the concept?

This one page Notion portfolio has helped 12+ devs land jobs without referrals or fancy resumes. Today, I’m giving it away.
It’s not just a template. It’s a high signal, recruiter-friendly doc that shows what you’ve built and how you think.
Here’s why it works:
- Designed for fast skimming. One page. Zero fluff.
- Includes ChatGPT prompts to help you write with clarity.
- Shows your projects and your decision-making process.
- Adds product-thinking sections most dev portfolios miss (this is the era of product-first devs).
- Built to stand out even if you don’t have a CS degree or job history.
If you’re job hunting and want a portfolio that actually gets callbacks, drop a “yes” in the comments and I’ll send it over to you.
Let’s get you hired. 🙌🏻

Everyone around me was chasing FANG.
Leetcode. Referrals. That ₹60L CTC dream.
The goal? Brag rights on LinkedIn and parental approval.
I get it. It's safe. It's “successful.” It makes your relatives shut up.
But I couldn’t do it.
Not because I wasn’t good enough, I cracked interviews too.
But because I knew I’d rot inside if I spent the next 5 years optimizing ad clicks or fixing Jira tickets for a manager who forgot my name.
So I chose chaos.
I chose risk.
I chose to build.
- No brand name to hide behind.
- No signing bonus.
- Just a broken product and a stupid level of conviction.
- It was lonely.
- Everyone thought I’d failed.
But slowly, painfully, things started working.
Now the same folks who laughed are asking,
"Bro how did you do it?"
Here’s how:
I stopped chasing what looked safe,
and started building what felt real.
And if you’re in that same spot today,
Ignore the noise.
Write the damn code.
The compounding only starts after everyone else gives up.
