No, I am not ex-Meta ex-Netflix ex-Google or any other ex's. I was born in Iran, Tehran. I had no friends because we had to travel every 3 months due to my dad's work. My unfair advantage? Sheer will! I once told my uncle, "I'm going to make $6,000/month" one day, and he laughed at me. He said, "It's good to have dreams, but they're just dreams." Now I'm making between $12-$15k/month every month. I bought a house and an SUV for my mom, helped my brother get into Webflow boot camp, and invested in real estate in multiple countries. I've launched more than 10 businesses and generated over $10m+ dollars for my clients over the past 10 years. If I can do it, you can do it. If you believe, you, like me, have 2 hands. You can do it!

gpt-5.5 pro is genuinely good at css view transitions. opus 4.6 too. neither could make it work in safari though. burned $50 in tokens. design engineers are safe for now.

Programming used to put me into FLOW state often. That’s a big part of why I fell in love with it. Late night missions building games, apps, whatever, it felt great. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi has a great quote on this: “The best moments in our lives… occur when a person’s body or mind is stretched to its limits in a voluntary effort to accomplish something difficult or worthwhile.” AI has kind of nuked the personal challenge part of that. I don’t fall into those same FLOW states nearly as often anymore. It’s a strange position to be in because I’m undeniably more productive, but some of the joy is gone. I still love building software, but now the enjoyment comes more from seeing products come to life and have real-world impact than from the actual process of writing the code. I’ll miss the deep flow states that came from fighting code for hours into the night, but I feel like I do need to find new areas that still offer that same sense of challenge.

I've been having the same experience. Tasks like "go through this entire module and pedantically make it match my preferred styleguide exactly" were not worth a couple dollars with frontier models. It's nice to be able to put deepseek flash on stupid, unnecessary or highly speculative tasks without thinking about the cost.

Keep getting rate-limited by Claude, so I tried out DeepSeek V4 for the first time. After 10M+ tokens, holy crap the cost is ... 🤯

clicky hit 1k MRR only 6 days after launching. our conversion flow is heavily unoptimised and we’re still losing money on most of the paying users so the growth from now on should only accelerate. also feels soo good to look at the growing graph 💆‍♂️

The Bhiraj Tower (EmQuartier) in Phrom Phong, Bangkok has lots of comfortable workspace 🇹🇭 The comfiest seats are right in front of the Roots cafe (super cushion) Anyone know if the coffee at Roots is good? Haven't tried it and this location is closed on weekends Seating is limited but easy access to outlets from any spot Lots of other seating options away from Roots, some comfier than others Lots of background noise from passerbys and chatter during the week Wifi available but I didn't get to test it Easy access via BTS Phrom Phong, accessible inside EmQuartier Aircon blasting during the workweek, super hot on weekends (don't recommend)

@al3rez the session id resumption is the useful part. most people restart from scratch every time which kills accumulated context. anything that preserves the thread across invocations is worth the setup cost.
