@JoeBaguley @British_Airways I find myself in exactly the same situation. Not only have I suffered their exceedingly poor customer service and constant delays or cancelled flights. I have had difficulty just spending money with them. A loyal customer for 30 years. Frankly I can’t see how they will survive.

I will lose my @British_Airways Exec Club status this year due to them cancelling flights. So not for lack of trying.
So then I’m even less likely to travel with them.
They need to seriously think about the damage this is doing to loyalty.

It has got so bad for business travel that we are now actively avoiding BA as we can’t rely on the flights happening. I’ve rebooked 4 trips in the next 4 weeks onto other airlines following cancellations. @British_Airways are really letting us down.
