Kill your heroes. None of them have the answer you’re looking for. And every time you go searching for someone else to give it to you, you cast a subconscious vote against yourself. Nobody is coming to hand you your path. You find it the only way anyone ever has: by experimenting, iterating, fucking around, finding out, failing, adjusting, repeating. You are an individual. What works for 1 man may poison another. At some point you have to stop searching for permission, certainty, or saviours and start building a relationship with your own instincts. The answer isn’t out there. It’s within you. It has always been. It’s just buried under your unwillingness to trust yourself.

17 year olds are about to start printing $100k months with 2 shifts that just happened in the ecom space. Meta and Higgsfield both dropped official MCP connectors for Claude. What that means in plain English and how to set it up today: You can now connect Claude directly to your Meta Ads account and to Higgsfield's full creative studio at the same time. The setup: CONNECT META ADS TO CLAUDE → Go to claude[.]ai Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → Name it Meta Ads → Paste this URL: https://mcp[.]facebook[.]com/ads → Connect and sign in with your Meta Business account → Grant ads_read, ads_management, business_management, read_insights permissions Claude can now read your full campaign performance, ROAS, CTR, CPM, creative breakdowns, pixel health and more. It can also create and edit campaigns, ad sets and ads with your approval on every action. CONNECT HIGGSFIELD TO CLAUDE → Same place: Connectors → Add custom connector → Name it Higgsfield → Paste this URL: https://mcp[.]higgsfield[.]ai/mcp → Connect with your Higgsfield account Claude can now generate UGC videos, static ad creatives, product mockups, carousels and storyboards directly inside the chat. Images up to 4K, videos up to 15 seconds, and any format ready to upload. You need Claude Pro, Max or Team to run both connectors at the same time. THE WORKFLOW Open a Claude chat with both connectors being active. → Step 1: Ask Claude to pull your last 14 days of Meta data and identify your top-performing creatives and angles → Step 2: Tell Claude to brief Higgsfield using those winning angles and generate 10 fresh ad variations for your product → Step 3: Review the assets Claude generates directly in the chat → Step 4: Tell Claude to build new test campaigns using the new creatives and approve the launch You used to pay for creatives, wait for delivery, upload manually, and guess which angle would win. Now Claude tells you what's already winning in your account and builds the next round of creatives around that data before you finish your coffee. Comment "PROMPT" below, and I'll send you the exact prompt stack you can use to run this full loop. (follow so I can send to your dm)
Higgsfield AI 🧩@higgsfield

Higgsfield MCP now connects to Claude! 🧩 The first way to generate visuals on Claude, powered by Seedance 2.0, GPT Images 2.0, Marketing Studio and Cinema Studio. Research on Claude. Polish your prompts. Generate ads, videos and brand content via the Higgsfield connector.

Or maybe He was speaking to the “divine council” as referenced in Psalm 82. Ancient hebrews didn’t have a concept of the trinity. They did understand the divine council though. Think God was speaking to the trinity is viewing the passage through the lense of New Testament perspective, not the perspective of the one who wrote it.

I think you might be thinking I’m saying something I’m not. God is speaking to himself inter-Trinitarianly. I agree that in Gen. 1:26 when I say, “God speaks to himself,” this reflects the communal inter-relational always-in -communion nature of God’s ontological status as being 3 in 1: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

In Genesis 1:26 God wasn’t speaking to Himself, He was speaking in the fullness of His divine power to the Son and the Holy Spirit. This reflects the Trinitarian nature of God. Here Wes Huff is speaking to Russell Brand on Brand’s show suggesting God is speaking to Himself. John Gill says of Genesis 1:26 “but they are spoken by God the Father to the Son and Holy Ghost, who were each of them concerned in the creation of all things, and particularly of man: hence we read of divine Creators and Makers in the plural number, Job 35:10”

🚨 A note on running Anavar. It’s a great compound, like absolutely top notch. Easily my favorite oral anabolic steroid: it’s a Swiss Army knife. You can cut on it, you can bulk on it, you can use it to simply retain lean tissue and preserve mass. It is more than versatile. One of the most spectacular attributes of the compound is that it not only has the anecdotal data to back it up, but it is clinically proven to reduce visceral fat which seems to accumulate in just about everybody’s abdominal section as we age and is correlated with all cause mortality. Anavar is well-tolerated by most men and women, but it absolutely trashes lipids. HDL drops, LDL climbs, and even clients who start with a clean lipid panel will come back with their lipids looking like they’ve been in Vegas for a month partying with Hunter S. Thompson 6 weeks in. The lipid skew is the most consistent side of oral steroid use and the one most people underestimate going into a cycle. And Anavar is harder than most on the lipids especially compared to some of the more commonly used oral anabolics like Tbol and Dbol. Anavar is a 17α-alkylated oral, but it’s the mild one of the bunch. It’s a lot easier on the liver than Dbol, Tbol, or Anadrol because a meaningful chunk of it is cleared by the kidneys rather than the liver doing all the work. You still want to support the organ while you’re running an oral, but the real concern with Anavar isn’t your Liver Function Tests (AST, ALT, ALP, GGT, bilirubin, albumin), It’s your lipids. ⭐️ If you’re going to take Anavar for a spin, I recommend the following as a lipid health mitigator and overall system support regimen. 🩸 NAC + Vitamin C, daily. A gram of NAC with 2g of Vitamin C, split into two doses across the day. NAC is a cysteine precursor, and cysteine is the rate-limiting building block your liver uses to make glutathione, your body’s most important endogenous antioxidant. You’re giving the liver the raw material it needs to keep up with the oxidative load an oral is putting on it. NAC is a gold standard compound for hepatic support and there’s no good reason to run an oral without it. And for the lipid chaos ➡️ 💉Retatrutide, low dose. This is the one most everyone outside of X hasn’t caught onto yet. I’ve seen a complete alleviation of the lipid damage from Anavar in clients running as little as 1mg of Reta a week. You don’t need much. The lipid support is built into how the compound works, and at that dose you get the benefit without committing to a full GLP cut protocol. If 1mg is your cap, you’re already in the right place. If you can run a bit more comfortably, you can, but I haven’t needed to push it past that for the lipid use case. NAC for the liver. Reta for the lipids. Train, eat, sleep, and let the compound do what you brought it in to do.

We finished a flip today - 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths 1700 sq feet all cosmetic (my first cosmetic flip ever) I will land at about $55,000 on rehab (including staging which we own) I am very positive a home remodeling company would sell this job to an owner for $100 a foot or $170,000, shoot even $80 a foot is $136,000 Best case scenario I make $70,000 on the flip. I have $75,000 cash down payment on a hard money loan + $55,000 in cash rehab out of pocket. So I am $130,000 out of pocket for 3-4 months IF I was the home remodeler and billed $136,000 less my $55,000 in direct costs = $81,000 IF I billed $170,000 gross profit would be $115,000 Sure overhead and costs would go up vs my $55,000 in direct costs. But you get the point - there is more money in being a home remodeler, with less risk, than being a home flipper

Women find men who take risks exciting. As a man responsible for a family, there has to be a balance, though, because you have real people who depend on you. If you are a husband, you get that without me even saying it. Playing it safe definitely helps feed the practical side of that responsibility and a wife’s desire for safety and provision - but it does nothing for a husband’s own psyche or stoking real excitement in his wife. Basically, don’t shy away from risk; embrace it - just don’t be stupid about it if you have people counting on you. The dumb video I’m sharing here was one Avis took last fall, and I thought it was a good representation of the vibe. Her friend was pulling a few of us around some dunes on a sled. When my turn came up, Avis asked her to pull me faster than she had been pulling the others. You can hear the excitement in her voice egging her on even more as she records, lol. No real danger here and this is why the example is a bit dumb, but it wasn’t risk free - maybe a broken bone if it went bad. I’ve had several of those before already doing much riskier stuff. The main point is even with something relatively safe, chicks still find some excitement in seeing their men take risks for nothing more than the pleasure of the experience. -R

I don't understand the boomers that hoard all their wealth from their kids. I have a good buddy that's struggling. Married with a few kids. He's smart. Graduated university with great grades, got hired by a good company, & did everything "right." He got laid off over a year ago & told me he's sent 10,000 resumes in with no job offerings..... He's working side gigs but his family is stressed. His folks are retired & in their 70's. His dad recently told him he's got north of 15 million invested!!! My buddy said he didn't say anything & didn't want to be disrespectful but it perplexed him. Why wait until you die to gift it to your kids?! It's worth more now helping out in my opinion that in 20 years when you die & you give 25 million to a 55 year old that's also then likely set & not stressed. You can gift like what 16k a year tax free too. It's their money, & when my folks sat my sister & I down for the inheritance talk we both said we don't want/expect anything you raised us well so do you!!!! But, I guarantee if I was in this guys shoes my folks would offer help. I don't understand the logic not to.

Definitely. Excellent book, partly because the framework is easy to remember. Many arguments can be traced back to those core questions. If my wife expresses displeasure with something (potentially me), it might not mean it’s actually about me or that I did anything wrong. It could just be her expressing a desire for connection/safety, or that she feeling disconnected/unsafe. For example, women tend to mirror or absorb their external environment. Messy environment leads to a messy or dysregulated mental state. Wife says she upset about a messy house, says I don’t do enough to help. Maybe that’s true maybe it’s not. But what’s more likely happening is the mess is creating anxiety internally (whether she realizes it or not). The chaos in her environment is creating chaos in her mind. Her communication about the mess is also saying she is feeling anxious and unsafe. Many men, myself included have made the mistake of internalizing her projection of not doing enough to “I am not enough” they react and point out how much they do to help because they want to validate they are enough. Then the fight starts. Instead the husband should validate his wife’s feelings (not necessarily that he should do more) something that communicates “I understand you are upset about the mess, that makes perfect sense” Validating her emotions creates the safety she craves. Without safety and connection she will default to her masculine frame which is why she expressed feuding the first place. Validate first, then fix. You have to address the internal environment before the external environment. Leads back to never take your question to the woman. If you don’t need her to validate your masculinity you won’t be shaken when she challenges it.

A post Avis made yesterday has caused a bit of a shitstorm with a lot of women and a few men. It’s not surprising because nothing digs deeper into a woman’s soul than feeling like she is not enough - especially if it involves the level of attraction her husband has for her, and doubly so if she also sees a contributing factor to the passion dying in the mirror. The men who are upset with the post understand that too and have empathy, which is triggering their response. I also have empathy, but rather than consoling without action, I’d rather fix the actual issue so that I’m not just telling a wife she is enough but she actually experiences it firsthand through genuine passion in the relationship with her husband and seeing a contributing factor to his passion for her in the mirror. The post below speaks directly to the things Avis and I often preach on this account and is a factor in the frustration Avis has with her friend. The reality is men marry for sex and sexual attraction. If you let that die in a marriage, short of extenuating circumstances you had no control over, you are stabbing your husband through the heart. Sex and attraction are his lifeblood in the marriage. Wives have a responsibility not to stab their husbands through the heart - but related to that and extremely important - husbands have a responsibility to set their wives up for success in not stabbing them through the heart. A husband who expects his wife to work 40 hours a week, be the primary caregiver of the kids, the maid, the chef, and whatever other expectations he has of her is living in a dreamland if he thinks he is setting his wife up for success in keeping the passion alive. A husband must temper his expectations to align with the resources he provides his wife to meet them. If he sees passion going off the rails, he needs to get some things off his wife’s plate and help her prioritize what will drive passion rather than driving her to give up. In a practical sense, that might mean allowing his wife to cut back to a part-time job or quit entirely, along with either helping with the household chores and kids himself or hiring someone to do it so his wife can focus on her fitness to drive the passion in the marriage. I wrote an entire article on that topic you can find under the articles tab on this account if you care to read it. The frustration Avis was voicing, and using as an example to drive a much-needed discussion on this topic, comes from this particular husband doing all of that while the wife refuses to take up her part of the responsibility to keep the passion alive despite all the resources and time he’s providing. Adding further frustration, the wife continues to put stuff back on her plate that isn’t driving passion - as fast as he takes it off her plate - rather than using the clearing of her plate to work on herself to drive the passion that actually matters to the health of the marriage. I’m sure you can imagine as a husband how frustrating that would be, and there are lots of husbands out there in the same predicament. They deserve some empathy on this topic as well. -R

@rob_avis_ramble Being a mom to young kids and managing a family is overwhelming. There are so many expectations to live up to. And so many places women already don't feel like they are enough. Pressure to look a certain way is sometimes the easiest expectation to set down, with the least shame.
