@SkyHelpTeam I've not had a positive experience with Sky. There is a lack of WiFi throughout the house. Instead of fixing as BT did, they want to charge me an extra £6 (reduced to £3) a month plus charge me admin and postage charges to get wifi around my home. Very disappointed!
