A good example of the 'be kind' left.
They attack anyone who isn't 'kind' that is cheering along with weaponised empathy which is used to leverage leftwing political policies. The two become so blended that anyone who pushes back on left wing policies is automatically 'angry', 'negative', and, obviously, fomenting 'hate'.
In other words, no dissent allowed.

That's because I wasn't interested in being used to boost the viewing figures of a pair of exceptionally arrogant men whose understanding of this issue drips with classism and misogyny, @campbellclaret. If you're genuinely interested in a debate I'm at a loss to understand why you're uninterested in interviewing @ForWomenScot, who secured the Supreme Court victory and are therefore THE leading voices on this issue. But perhaps your charming daughter has adequately represented the entire Campbell family's view, by describing them as 'ugly' women, with whom she wouldn't 'want to be in a room'?

When I was a child we lived next to a very old lady. Her memory of the 1916 Rising was pushing her eldest child in his pram, when gun boats in the Liffey started shelling Dublin & her running trying to get herself & baby somewhere safe.
The baby died of TB in his 20s
She had a hard life but never complained. A genuine role model

If the Social Democrats want to talk about standards of debate, they might have thought to let me know before they let journalists know that they'd gone to the teacher.
We didn't shout over female TDs. We shouted over Ministers. But I congratulate the Social Democrats on being able to tell the difference - I had genuinely thought they didn't know what a woman was.
It is a bold new strategy which sees an opposition party filing a formal complaint because government Ministers were held to account. Not even their own Ministers. Someone else's. The Social Democrats remain the only party in Leinster House who would remind the teacher she forgot to assign homework.

I've always been naïve and innocent," she said. "I was acting and not trying to be s€xy. Maybe that's why the scene played so well. After seeing it at the premiere, I was a bit embarrassed."
In an interview, George Kennedy discussed how Joy Harmon's iconic car washing scene was originally scheduled for half a day, and how that shoot ended up taking three days. Kennedy laughed and said, "Somewhere...there's 80,000 feet of film with Joy Harmon washing that car!"
