@BritishGas Trying to get a warranty repair on a leaking radiator you fitted earlier this yr. You send dynorod who try to charge & say we should have called BG. We did! Now the complaint will take 8 WEEKS & so far it has taken 20 mins just to raise it while on hold! ARGH!

@BritishGas Could I have the contact details for formal complaint please? The complaint is lengthy but amounts to incompetence and failed promises at every single possible turn. Even today, while the job is being done a MONTH late, all the delivered parts are STILL wrong. Awful.

@BritishGas Tried calling. Ended up being told the engineer had actually booked another job because he wasn’t told. And then they got shirty when we said it wasn’t on. Formal complaint time. It’s gone WAY beyond a call to your agents. This is ombudsman territory, or even breach of contract.

@premierinn Trying and trying and trying to get through to reception at London Hayes (Hyde Park) as I can’t get to the hotel but I don’t want to lose my booking. But no one EVER answers. What can I do? There’s no other way of checking in! There’s just no one to speak to.

@Tesco I believe this was caused by edgesuite, the CDN in use on Tesco.com, blocking VMO2 IP addresses for several hours for being ‘malicious’. But you still asked for my address to help. Why? Sure, Tesco. You do you. Other shops’ websites are available. @virginmedia

@Tesco your entire UK website appeared to be blocked by your own edgesuite. Same issue whether via home WiFi or 4G. Same issue on any page under the Tesco.com domain, even the main page itself.

@Tesco I’m not really sure why my address and postcode make any difference to this at all. If you don’t want to fix your website when a customer reports it is unavailable, I think that one is on you.

@Tesco I’ve got a text from your pharmacy in the Wokingham store. It says I need to call them at my earliest convenience, but doesn’t give a number. The one on the website is the general store number and has no options to contact the pharmacy. How can I contact them as requested?

@SW_Help stuck on broken down train from WKM to WAT nr Staines. No air con. No toilets. Temp is about 30C+ and guard is just telling us they’re working on it. This is VERY dangerous to all of our health and some people are starting to feel faint. WAHT IS HAPPENING. Please help us

@SW_Help The guard just kept repeating the driver was trying to fix it. Nothing else. No acknowledgement of the extreme heat or reasons. Nothing. Then it started moving and we were dumped off at Feltham where again there was no information expert to stand behind the yellow line. Useless

@SW_Help so yet again, on the hottest day of the year, we have the ‘pleasure’ of a class 455 from WKM to WAT. 1hr15, with no air con and no toilets, things we used to have since the slam doors went in about 2005. Why do we have yet another summer with these absolute dinosaurs?

@O2 tried to use my Greggs reward in Cobham services, which is not Moto branded and therefore seemingly not excluded in the T&Cs. They told me it wasn’t accepted there as it was Moto, but very kindly gave me another offer, so I was actually better off, but something is wrong here

@NationalHways After M25 J9 c/w overhead signs were as follows: 1st - NSL 400yds later - 40mph 400yds later - NSL 400yds later - blank 400yds later - 50mph, move right & a camera flashing (not at me) Cars were braking & jumping lanes without warning. PLEASE use the signs SAFELY
