Normally up to 30 days from the date of update, the Aadhaar is updated. Also, once your request is processed, you will be intimated by SMS on your registered mobile number. You may also check the status after few days by visiting our website uidai.gov.in or by contacting UIDAI toll free number 1947.

@IndianTechGuide First let them open sufficient Kendra's to reduce our grievances. My request for address updation got rejected six times. No contact officer cellphone to find exact reason. 1947 no use. Pl give details of contact person phone etc. For 150 crore people very few kendras not enough

When contacted 1947, they refuse to tell exact mistake. I don't know what to do now. Unless they establish Kendra's, it will be impossible to correct the details

When I Iived in California East Bay, I would get depressed when I had to go to San Francisco for business meetings. I have gone to Dharavi in Mumbai in support of social work being done there and it is a far more hopeful place than San Francisco.
Politicians who run San Francisco ought to be ashamed - this is 100% their fault. As Ecuador demonstrates, it is possible to solve these problems with visionary and determined leadership.

Much of San Francisco downtown looks like the city just gave up on itself. Drug addicts openly doing fentanyl and passed out everywhere, mentally ill screaming, homeless sprawled out everywhere, dilapidated empty storefronts and trash everywhere. I've been here for 6 months and am still not used to this. It's absolutely appalling, and all government leaders responsible for this should be ashamed and fired. If no government leader can solve this, then the system itself is broken, and we need to hit the reset button and start over. The current situation of San Francisco's downtown is completely unacceptable, and we need to hold ourselves to a higher standard than this abomination.
