In early November I quit coffee + alcohol and replaced them with… hot water. 5–6 cups/day, 2 with 2.5g creatine. The flywheel: better sleep → better recovery → better training WHOOP Age is now 39.4 (7.9y younger). Rome Marathon in March 2026, target WHOOP Age 36. 👊 @WHOOP

Just listened to this podcast with @naval and it struck a chord.
In fast-moving environments like startups, true motivation can’t come from managers, teammates, or external rewards. Those things can support you, but they can’t drive you. Real drive has to come from within.
In teams of 10–20 people, it’s a bit like in a soccer team: you can’t wait for someone else to “win the match” for you. Each player, each colleague, needs to show agency, take initiative, and push forward, especially in difficult moments.
When everyone brings their own inner motivation, the whole team becomes stronger, more resilient, and more capable of achieving meaningful results.

Inter’s pressing style evolution from last season – a tactical key for the UCL Final? 🔵⚫️
In @SkySport’s Champions League Final preview, @lumastro highlighted several key tactical insights, including Inter’s evolution in pressing.
Inter has significantly improved both pressing intensity (PPDA) and pressing efficiency (BDP) compared to the 2023/24 season.
But the most notable leap comes in their ability to create chances from high turnovers:

My friends at @WHOOP sent me the new Whoop5. It’s got meaningfully better battery life than previous models.
Outside of that, it has gamified my “age” and I think it’s the best feature I’ve seen from any wearable I’ve tried.
I will try to get younger over the next few months and report back!
