I finally articulated what I'm actually building. It's not just "AI agents for startups." It's a methodology for AI-assisted company building. I'm calling it The Nexus Method. Here's why it matters: 🧵

@cursor_ai Composer 2 is not bad at all, you can do most work with it as long as you plan accordingly… 1. PRD with Opus 4.7, phase out work 2. Break it down to atomic commit worthy tasks. Use a template for tasks. Do tasks with Composer 2, strategic questions with Opus or GPT 5.5 U save a lot usage like that..

seeing this just gave me that same feeling that $30,000/month used to give me. it seems stupid, impracticable even.. to make THAT MUCH MONEY. but there are many people who really do make that much money. so why not me? why not you. time to keep going.

i realized this year that there is infinite money and its not silly at all to think you can make as much money as you want and have fun doing it in your own way. $30,000/month used to make my stomach crawl with how unattainable it seemed but its not at all untainable.

I have always been the one that jumps from one thing to another, and never finish, now I can actually do multiple things and finish the projects… Exciting!

A YouTube channel around topics I love, history, the mind, sci fi. AI is helping along the way, want to create a few videos manually and then automate 90%… lets The AI tools we have now should never sleep, work,work,work.. And one last note…

Currently building: - with OpenClaw made a cold outreach system which targets business types in specific US cities, audits their site, create an audit page, fix report behind paywall. Drip email campaign every 3 days. Some visits, no paid customers yet. More..👇

Build what you are excited about! Whatever it is, just do it, give yourself permission to do multiple projects at a time cause you can… Just get them to the finish line..

Ask Claude to document and describe the main flows in your app and output in a single page html + json data file. Incredibly useful for humans and the JSON file is very useful for explaining the flow to the LLM when working on new features/bugfixes.

The idea of "one shotting" an app using AI is a fugazi. If you had to describe my app and all the edge cases I have solved over the years, it would be a prompt the size of a small book, and my app isn't even that complicated. The people promoting creating a business overnight with AI are just selling a get rich quick pipedream. Those grifters are present in every cycle. AI has completely transformed how I work, but you can't push a button and make money. Doesn't work like that.
Ronan Berder@hunvreus

Talking to smarter folks than me, I'm convinced many of the AI folks in my timeline are full of shit. Nobody is "running 20 agents over night" and building stuff for actual users. Maybe some are building internal tools or disposable software. Maybe. But building software people like using? That doesn't get hacked on day one or blow up after the 3rd user? Nope. I don't even understand what that's supposed to look like. Do you work out a 57 pages document that perfectly describes what you want to build and then summon 14 agents and have them run wild for 6 hours? And what comes out on the other end isn't a broken pile of shit? Nope. Not buying it. PS: it may also be that I have an IQ of 82 and can't figure it out.

We're bringing the advisor strategy to the Claude Platform. Pair Opus as an advisor with Sonnet or Haiku as an executor, and get near Opus-level intelligence in your agents at a fraction of the cost.

NASA’s Artemis II livestream really makes you appreciate @SpaceX’s launch broadcasts. Bad camera tracking, no onboard cameras, countdown timer disappeared, NASA even showed people in the crowd instead of stage separation lol. The screen also blacked out twice during the first 10 seconds of the launch.

On behalf of everyone that's ever used the X search feature - whether to find other users or information - this is arguably the weakest part of X that needs to be addressed. It's an incredible historical collection of data and a platform built on connecting with others but accessing that data and/or any other user profile via search is a truly terrible experience right now
