If your ROAS is above 3x, STOP testing more ads. I see people sitting on a 3.2x return launching massive overhauls to their funnel. Ripping apart what's already working to squeeze an extra 0.3x. Don't shoot yourself in the foot. When the numbers are strong, you funnel MORE cash into the system and launch small changes as ads fatigue out. You don't nuke a profitable machine. Big split tests are for when you're at 1.3x and bleeding money.

I fully switched to the Claude Cowork train, over OpenClaw. Time for you to do the same.

@appenz @meetgranola This is bad we are just moving to granola. I agree I don't want another MCP in my stack.

Sorry to see Granola @meetgranola going closed. They encrypted their local db, no local and no cloud API. In a world where notes are managed by agents, the app now has zero value. Any recommendations for good alternatives? What are you switching to?

AI dropped a number I haven't stopped thinking about. 1.24 billion videos generated in 30 days.

@thesamparr - Deeply support the power users. - Have them spread the gospel. - Layer weekly working sessions/trainings on top. - Be disciplined about introducing too much new into AI the stack until you see actual usage coming out on a consistent basis.

How is everyone getting team adoption for Claude? I spent a lot of time on Twitter, as do you. We see all this AI stuff popping up. We're on top of it, or at least sorta. I know what's going on and are testing all these fringe ideas. But how are all you people getting your team to actually use it effectively without spending all their time on Twitter and learning, which we know they won't and probably shouldn't be?

Still pulling wire as an electrician and shipping code. Excited to have your story to inspire many more trades folks to make the leap.
Jason Walls@walls_jason1

Yesterday Mark Cuban reposted my work, DM'd me, and told me to keep telling my story. So here it is. I'm a Master Electrician. IBEW Local 369. 15 years pulling wire in Kentucky. Zero coding background. I didn't go to Stanford. I went to trade school. Every week I'd show up to a home where someone just bought a Tesla or a Rivian. And every time, someone had already told them they needed a $3,000-$5,000 panel upgrade to install a charger. 70% of the time? They didn't need it. The math is in the NEC — Section 220.82. Load calculations. But nobody was doing them for homeowners. Electricians upsell. Dealers don't know. And the homeowner just pays. I got angry enough to build something about it. I found @claudeai. No coding experience. I just started talking to it like I'd explain a job to an apprentice. "Here's how load calcs work. Here's the NEC code. Now help me build a tool that does this." 6 months later — @ChargeRight is live. Real software. Stripe payments. PDF reports. NEC 220.82 calculations automated. $12.99 instead of a $500 truck roll. I'm still pulling wire. I still take service calls. I wake up at 5:05 AM for work. But something shifted. Yesterday @vivilinsv published my story as Claude Builder Spotlight #1. Mark Cuban saw it. The Claude community showed up. And for the first time, I felt like this thing I built in my kitchen might actually matter. I'm not a tech founder. I'm a dad who wants to coach little league and be home for dinner. I just happened to build something that helps people. If you're in the trades and thinking about using AI — do it. The barrier isn't technical skill. It's believing you're allowed to try. EVchargeright.com

Nothing was broken. Everything was just...waiting. Waiting for me. I am the bottleneck. Not AI. Not my team. Not our budget. Me.

@nateliason I'm using more Grok 4.1 than M25 or K25. Sonnet as the daily driver opus for coding. Cron jobs are mixed over the rest. The token window matters. Be careful on switching as you reset the cache.

I haven't used a non-Opus model on OpenClaw in the last week or so. Which cost-effective one is everyone liking now? Minimax 2.5? Kimi 2.5?

I'm giving away my entire @openclaw architecture. Behind my $250k/month agency. After weeks of building, I've dialled in the exact system that runs my business 24/7. What's included: • Memory folder structure (how to organize agent context) • Cron job templates (daily briefs, meeting syncs, content automation) • How to build a custom dashboard in @lovable • API reference doc (so your agent never forgets its tools) • Voice training method (85 posts to teach it your style) • Supabase schema for dashboard connection Comment "OS" and follow. I'll DM it to you. P.S. This will probably blow up so give me some time to reply.

I feel the gap getting bigger every day and the folks using the free plan of chatgpt or IT locked down version of copilot don't see it. They are trapped in using AI like Google its another, "tool". No AI is a Utility and like steam during the industrial revolution no better horse will save you.
Dean W. Ball@deanwball

The gap between the early adopters and everyone else, both in terms of their AI use but also in their ways of thinking, has widened, never been wider, and appears to be widening at an accelerating rate. Even most of my followers clearly don’t get it. Slightly worrisome.
