the HR reduction for sema vs pbo was not as great in the SGLT2 at baseline and the confidence interval (CI) overlaps with 1. In patients not on SGLT2 at baseline the HR and CI are better, suggesting sema had more of an effect there. The combo needs more data to confirm benefits
