Scientific discoveries are often embedded in imaginaries that promise a just and healthy future. Yet these promises remain unfulfilled when companies refuse to reduce prices & make these innovations accessible to those who need them most, or when governments delay their adoption.

One of the keys to HIV elimination is PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis). With pills, injectables, or the vaginal ring, combined with consistent and correct condom use, your risk of getting HIV is probably very close to zero.

This journey is more than just a publication—it is about challenging the way global health and development are framed. Many programs are shaped by those in power, often cis men and white folks. True equality means honoring more diverse voices and strengths.
