What an absolute joke of a reason to not be able to spend the holiday with my family. Not to mention a waste of $600 for a one way 1st class flight, purchased solely so my best friend could have extra room. But he’s definitely at risk of being “distressed”. Do better @americanair

Shoutout to the fellow travelers who stopped to give me a hug when I was crying at the airport cus I couldn’t go home for thanksgiving thanks to the rude @AmericanAir agent who said my very well trained frequent flyer companion couldn’t fully stand in 1st class so he couldn’t fly

@kodystover @SouthwestAir Oh, interesting. I might use RR points when I'm the one purchasing and I was a companion flier for 2-ish years. But, I feel like CC holders should still get some love!

@alexaablondi @SouthwestAir Do you often fly using RR points? If so, that may be the reason. From my understanding you only earn drink coupons on flights you purchase using $$, not points.

Question for @SouthwestAir..How does one get drink coupons? Ive had CC for many years, fly SW a decent amount. BF+Mom get coupons reg.,one doesnt even have a SW CC. I've received maybe 1 coupon over the last 5-6 yrs. What am I not doing correct? Plz help a very thirsty flier

.@JWMarriott we are having massive issues at JW Marriott Istanbul with front desk. Calling room at 10 pm, demanding multiple forms of payment for no reason- no one will help resolve onsite. How are we able to contact someone at corporate to resolve?
