🚨WHAT THE HELL?!!! Panic is ensuing in Fredericksburg, VA after a man in a PINK PANTHER COSTUME tried to abduct MULTIPLE CHILDREN from a school bus stop in BROAD DAYLIGHT! Four kids got off of a bus where a man in a pink costume was waiting across the street. When the bus drove away, he crossed the street and started CHASING all four kids and GRABBED the smallest girl. Her sister pulled her free and then a passing car scared him off. The kids saw his face through a tear in the costume and they believe him to be a male with facial hair, and a tan complexion. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING!!!

A lot unfolded in the courtroom today that I never could have anticipated. The defense made several shocking attempts to manufacture sympathy for Tyrone Gilyard, even as he was caught lying on the witness stand. My own words felt twisted, and my decision to extend forgiveness was used in an attempt to frame accountability as unnecessary. But forgiveness does not erase consequences. And in the end, the judge made the right call. Tyrone Gilyard was sentenced to the maximum penalty: ten years in prison. I’ll share the full story and everything that happened in that courtroom at a later time. Right now, I just want to sit here and breathe. I also want to thank my sweet friends for showing up and sitting in the courtroom with me. I felt very supported and loved today.
