@RivianUpdates Seems correct. For reference: R1T VIN 20xxx delivered in March ‘23.

Rivian has clarified that NACS adapter deliveries are based on delivery, NOT VIN. However there is a correlation to VIN and delivery date and that’s why we ask for VIN, it’s an easier metric to understand. I did some investigating and most people between VIN 14K - 16K seem to have had their Rivian delivered around late November to mid January, of 2023. That true?

@RivianTrackr As someone who experience alignment issues from delivery, that requires multiple visits and many months to get fixed because of heavily inundated service centers, this is huge. Next step is adding certified service partners that can do warranty work.

@RivianTrackr Rivian owners already recommend the vehicle pretty heavily, and have been the company’s best sales associates to date (without the referral credit). So what it’ll come down to is if potential buyers that are on the fence feel the rewards are valuable enough to go forward.

PSA: If you're buying a Rivian, I recommend you choose "No" on question "Would you like us to install the front license plate mount?" to prevent irreversible damage to the front bumper. You do not want them to drill into your vehicle bumper to install the plate mount. There are plenty of 3rd party options to attach the front license plate that do not require drilling. I keep waiting for Rivian to bring a bolt-on and/or adhesive option for the front plate mount instead.
