Tonight we are having an extended showing of films that were award winners in the AI Film Awards & AI Ads Awards we hosted last month in Las Vegas! The films and stories are fantastic and surely not to miss. Showtime starts at 6pm and we will be concluded no later than 8pm at Pollack Tempe Cinemas in Tempe. 30 April 2025 I began an effort to showcase AI Films monthly to support and promote exposure through experiences. First event had 5 ppl in attendance. Today an average of 32 ppl for bi-weekly showings. One year later…. Over 600 ppl on the email list for one theater location alone and seen by more than 3000 ppl not including the 39k visitors during the Mesa Art District ALT Fest. Now @AI_film_3 has Chapter Presidents in NY, GA, MI, NV, IA… We are now in our third year of our AI Film Festival event in Arizona! Growing year over year from grassroots with a purpose. The first US @theaifilmawards event just concluded in Las Vegas and was a tremendous success. We are the future of entertainment and I’ve seen the vision for over 3 years. Everyone says: “Don’t work for free.” I say: That’s exactly what you should do… at the start. Early on, your job isn’t to squeeze value out of people… It’s to build proof. That’s the only currency you should be chasing. Helping for free AND over deliver so much that customers are blown away. That’s how you build proof . That’s how you build real relationships. And those early clients will stay for life… And bring others with them. You won’t just get your value back… You’ll get 100x more if you’re patient enough to wait.

Sometimes you just need to SHUT UP. I've never had ANY formal management training. But this is one of the best things I self learned. Whenever I used to make an investment in someone… Whether it be it bring them into my business, or invest in them as an angel investor… I always did this one thing. I would go on a one hour hike, where I don't talk for the WHOLE hour. I’d ask that person to tell me everything about them. Their inner thoughts, everything they think about… And I would not interrupt them. This activity has been one of the most profound ways of getting to know someone. In some cases, I have been told at the end of these walks that I know more about that person than their own wife or husband. The thing is, when we have a normal conversation… We’re so busy interjecting and throwing in our own opinions, that it actually takes people off track. It stops from sharing deeply. Just listening to someone intensely for an hour can transform your understanding of them, and therefore transform your relationship with them. I suggest everyone tries it. Spend one hour listening to someone in your team… Your partner… Or someone you want to hire. You’ll be amazed what you'll discover when you keep your mouth shut.
