Evidence: After practice blocking out fears, people were less anxious—and less depressed 3 months later—especially if they had high anxiety or PTSD.

OK, now I’m going to have to speak up. Assuming the below is accurate @HHSGov & @NIH could have used that 29M USD to fund approximately 20 full five-year NIH grants to laboratories to do basic research. (Including overhead costs). This is egregious. WTF.

The US Government gave the New York Times tens of millions of dollars over just the past 5 years despite paying relatively little money to the NYT in the years preceding 2021. For instance, in August 2024, the US government awarded $4.1 million to the NYT. The bulk of the funds came from the US Department of Health and Human Services at $26.90m, followed by the National Science Foundation at $19.15m

Angel Reese and Anthony Edwards are about the same age. Last year he had three children by 3 different women and she graduated, started a podcast, broke WNBA records and was on the cover of magazines. But she posted tik toks and twerks so she’s a degenerate and he’s just fine.
