This is why, unfortunately, they are preparing to use nukes. They don't care about the consequences because this scenario perfectly fits their sick narratives about the apocalyptic outcome from which they want to build their 3rd or 4th temple—or whatever it is—in line with their twisted religious beliefs. Trump says he's delaying unleashing hell on already "defeated" 🙄Iran another 10 days. This means:
1. He's waiting until he has more assets in place for the next attack, including a ground assault on Kharg, etc.;
2. He's going ahead with an earlier attack, maybe this weekend, but he wants to calm the markets (Brent has been creeping back up towards $110), to let his family and cronies reap some more insider trading profits, and (hopefully) to lull the Iranians into thinking the attack will come later; or
3. Least probably, there actually are some discussions going on with the Tehran, in which case the Iranians are a lot stooopider than I thought.
(Possible plot twist: the Iranians might actually be talking to the US but to lull us along -- while they prepare to announce they've acquired a nuclear capability!)
