If you knew Anthony Richardson would get the Malik Willis deal in a year, netting the Packers a 4th, would you trade a 4th for him to be Jordan Love's backup for a year?

@ProFootballTalk Ed Policy is a fraud just like Mark Murphy. Neither are dedicated to winning championships. They both want to do just enough for the team to be good and that is all. They keep there jobs and give people false hope. Trying for a Lombardi means spending money going ALL IN.

@TheRedScorpian @mariakari1414 The whole issue is that other religious schools get state funds but not Muslim ones. So why bring up lgbtq rights against Muslims when Christian schools get the money? And it's not like texas respects lgbtq rights anyway. Just pointing out the hypocrisy.

BREAKING - Today, on behalf of 3 Islamic schools & affected parents, we sued Texas state officials for unlawfully refusing to approve otherwise qualified Islamic schools for participation in Texas's new education savings program. Not a *single* Islamic school in Texas has been approved to participate in the new program - despite thousands of private schools across the state being approved. Here is our press release.

texas has every right to vet schools in its education savings program to make sure they don't indoctrinate kids with sharia, antisemitism, jihadist ideology or values that reject lgbt rights, women's equality and free speech. not a single islamic school approved? that's because many push exactly that, refusing to assimilate to american values. your lawsuit is just another attempt to force taxpayers to fund the same ideology that's incompatible with western civilization.

@ProfBrettWilson @RoKhanna @grahamformaine @ZohranKMamdani @hasanthehun So the fact that he has been an Iran hawk for decades doesn't matter. Since he made a tepid whiny statement about how hes upset at HOW they attacked Iran is proof that he doesn't support war with Iran? Taking pols at their word on this stuff despite the track record is dumb.

I am proud to stand with @grahamformaine @ZohranKMamdani & join @hasanthehun feed. The problem is with the neocons in our party who blundered into Iraq, 20 years in Afghanistan, Libya, Gaza, & now support the Iran war. Out with the old guard. We need a new moral direction.

Would love to see more Dems calling out antisemitism on their own side with the same fervor. It starts with admitting how big a problem it is and then revoking all support for Platner, icing out Mamdani, alienating Piker & candidates who join his stream, etc

At their projected pick spot, I like the Day 2 DTs SO much more than the potential Round 1 guys. Give me Miller/McDonald/Halton in R2 over Banks/Woods/Hunter in the top 50 all freaking day.

Schatz says on the Senate floor "there is a problem" with the housing bill. "There was an original idea to go after hedge fund ownership of housing. ... There is also a section that does a very bizarre thing, which is ... anybody who owns and rents out more than 350 units ... must sell."

Roster decay is very real in Green Bay. You can debate the quality of the players lost, but... Rashan Gary Elgton Jenkins Quay Walker Malik Willis Nate Hobbs Kingsley Enagbare Romeo Doubs Rasheed Walker Colby Wooden 2026 team probably won't be as talented as the 2025 team.

I suggested this made sense for the Packers at a lower number ($6-8M APY) precisely because this is the deal he would sign on the open market. Green Bay clearly agreed on the latter point but believes he’s worth the money.
Adam Schefter@AdamSchefter

Just ahead of free agency, the Packers and OT Sean Rhyan reached agreement on a three-year, $33 million extension with a max value of $39 million. The deal contains an $11 million signing bonus, and prevents Rhyan from hitting the free-agent market. The deal was negotiated by Sam Mirza, Cameron Foster and Chris Cabott.

@psyence_ohio @yashar We weren't sending billions in weapons to Assad every year like we do Israel. And very few ppl in the west supported Assad, but notably one of them was Tulsi Gabbard who now is in the trump admin!

When people see what Iran is willing to do to its neighbors, the suggestion of withdrawing military support to Israel, whose destruction is the organizing principle of the regime in Iran, because of leftist talking points, is outrageous. Should we attempt to influence Israel away from some of the positions they've taken? Sure! But should we leave them out to dry so they shift their primary alliance to India, or God forbid, Russia? Bashar al-Assad killed 600,000 Syrians in 15 years' time. He killed his own people. I bet Newsom has never even mentioned his name. So, he's willing to hold Israel to a standard that applies apparently to no other country in the world, even pressing this apartheid nonsense. I have news for him - there are enough of us in the electorate he needs to be President to fuck his plans up.

NEW Tonight, at a book event in Los Angeles, Governor Gavin Newsom said that the United States is being pushed by Israel into a position where it may have to reconsider military support. Newsom said that those who say Israel is an apartheid state are doing so “appropriately.” Newsom said that Israel has been unable to resolve the Hamas issue over the past couple of years, so how could it possibly get into the regime-change business in Iran? He also alluded to concerns about Israeli influence on U.S. government decisions. I am not suggesting that Newsom is now a supporter of the Palestinian cause, but having a top-tier presidential candidate make these statements three years ago would have been unimaginable. @TVietor08 @jonfavs
